"30 DAYS WARRANTY.NO WARRANTY ON DATA LOSS/MEMORY LOSS DUE TO FORMATTING." as seen on rediff.com

also use proper mp3 format songs...with text...if not work, contact technical person...

i recommend buy any mp3 player of good brand or non-brand supports atleast 6-months or 1 year warrenty...

The problem was that you had set the playmode to preview which plays for 10 seconds and goes to next song. By formatting you may ruin the player.

i have mp3 players and i usually format them( one transend, another orchid(local with gurrentee)) and nothing happened still now.. already 1yr passed.. who told formating ruines mp3 player???.. The firmware used by the player remains in some other place and not in the place wher user formats..

its a "local band" problem.. many faced the same.. see if u can replace else throw as it cant be repaired except the company itself
