Default Suggest a PDA

Please suggest a PDA for my friend. His requirements are,

1. Keyboard
2. Touchscreen
3. Creating/Editing Word, Excel files
4. Sending Emails through Outlook
5. Browsing internet sites (EDGE enabled)
6. Price range around INR 30,000

In my first research I have understood that, it will take a PDA with Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0. We first got our eyes on i-mate JAMin.... but that device has lots of stability issues.
Please suggest some good PDA that one can rely on...

O2 XDA Neo does not have keyboard. pocket pc without keyboard would sure cost around 20k.

i found k-jam quite suitable. but more suggestions are welcome...

If you are open minded,I would suggest you to go for Nokia E61,excellant device with all necessary features:
-Works well with office applications,
-Wonderful Outlook for Email management, even you have 'flashing light' indicator for new incoming mails(Gr8 Push Email facility),
-QWERTY keypad may initially look cramped but once practiced, very easy to follow,
-Built-in two browsers, one for beautiful HTML browsing and the other for xHTML(WAP) browsing
-Easy to view all mail attachments, supports almost all formats,
-Exclusively supports all leading E-mail clients viz.,Blackberry etc.,
-Future proof with 3G enabled,EDGE+,Wi-Fi (b and g) enabled,Bluetooth,IR & USB data cable connectiviy,
-Symbian OSv9.1,supports 3rd party applications as well
-Memory Slot:supports 2GB miniSD easily,
-Very Decent Pricing: 19.2K,

Now,Missing specs:

Absence of Touch Screen,

Absence of Camera

No miniUSB support

If you are intersted, there so many features, space is limiting

DEFINITELY WORTH TRYING!

Right Choice!
