blue tooth connectivity problems

i got a new blue tooth dongle and i am able to connect it via bluesoleil but i am unable it to connect via nokia pc suite or oxy phone manager.i have to install applications and bluesoleil just allows me to send and recieve songs but i am unable to install softwares using bluesoleil.how do i properly configure my connections so that pc suite recognizes my phone.it just refuses to searcg for my phone and gives the error like checkhard ware,software and drivers.i was able to connect via nokia suite before.
please help

Uninstall the bluetooth s/w in PC and reinstall it. Search for PC bluetooth device on Phone. Then select the PC bluetooth device in the phone and click 'connect'. Now PC will prompt for pairing the mobile. Give a pin code in PC and then the same pin code in mobile too. Once you do this PC & mobile will be able to communicate to eachother.

to connect to nokia pc suit u need to let windows connect to the devices. to do that uninstall the bluesoleil software. and run the bluetooth service. then from control panel select bluetooth option and pair with the phone. then open nokia pc suit and connect to the phone.

but u can also send softwares thru bs and install them in d fone na? Wat error do u get
