help my new phone is very low volume SEz530i

I bought a new phone SE z530i . everything is good but ringing volume is very very low even at the 8 level . what to do ??

even i share the same problem ....i have to reset it again whenever this happens from settings->general->master reset->reset settings ....
but is there any other alternative to this ....if yes then plz answer
