suggestions need for Mobile "Galaxy Nexus GSM/HSPA+" from USA

I need suggestions from your side . Please let me know
I am planning to buy a Mobile "Galaxy Nexus GSM/HSPA+", One of my friend is coming from USA, So i am planning to opt.
Mobile Model and details are below :

Before getting this i have few questions:
1) Is this model flap or fine or any drawback
2) Will this mobile work in INDIA (GSM & can unlock). Please check the Country availability - Google Play Help

Yes. This is a fully unlocked phone and will work with any Indian GSM simcard.
