what to buy: Xperia Active/Xperia U/Xperia Sola?

hey guyz,

this is akash dua frm indore, india. I m looking forward to buy my first ever Android phn, being a Sony fanatic (NO ONE can beat this brand in camera quality, innovation and music capablities) i m looking forward to buy either Xperia U or Xperia Active or Xperia Sola. I really need u guys to help me out here, as i would buy any one of these in the first week of the next month.

If u need front cam but can live with only 4gb memory then xperia u. Otherwise sola is always better

Sola just has a bigger display(3.7' over 3.5'), Sola is definitely better!!!

in reviews they say the sola's screen is not that good as that of Xperia U' (~265ppi compared to 280ppi)

and i think i can live with 4GB's of mem, coz right now, i have only 2.5GB of music in my Sony Ericsson T715 and i am quite satisfied wd that too.

and Active is standing in a far corner of my mind, as it lacks a dual core processor,

the only reason its in the far corner is that i m not a guy who cares abt things too much, and my usage is also kinda rough. please suggest with more depth.

dude u will consider the xtra memory of the sola a blessing later on...
xperia u is good but it has only 2gb for apps and data and that is way too less...(unless u r playing childish games lyk...u know what i mean)
