    Hi,

    i need to buy a tablet
    Budget : 10K
    Use: Multimedia, movies, HDMI connet to TV, ebooks, browse internet using 3G / Wifi
    Location: Mumbai.

    Please suggest.

    IMO, Ainol ELF II with ICS.0.03 - try to keep it dual core and 1GHz ram, it will be fruitful in future.

    Wait for the Nexus tablet... No point in hurrying at this point... You could use your tablet for atleast 3 years... so wait before you buy anything...

    Yes Ainol Nova 7 Elf II will be best choice. Its very powerful tablet beating Samsung galaxy SII and other phone easily in benchmark.
    Or you can also wait for Google nexus or Asus budget tablet.

    You can buy Elf II from Veedee.

    Just bumping this old thread as because I have same query.

    One of my friend wants to buy a tablet within 10k.

    She looked at MM Funbook, Karbonn, HCL ME etc.

    Frankly speaking which would be better to go with..??

    Please don't include Ainol Novo, iBerry etc. as she's not a techie and won't consider all these hiccups regarding shipping and warranty.

    Her requirement is just using Internet, some movie and ebook sometimes.

    Suggested Funbook, but she wants support for other Dongles like Reliance Netconnect+, MTS Mblaze etc.

    Only Tata Photon+ won't do.

    Nope that's not possible. Its little bit urgent as she stays in mumbai and will be returning back after a week. So its urgent...

    I think it's better to wait for the nexus 7. You can use it for at least 18-24 months without worrying about updates. Being a nexus tablet it will also have tremendous dev support.

    you will not get real tablet at this price.So dont waste your money.If possible get an ipad 2 instead

    Well I think its better to increase budget and get a netbook instead.
