Both dual sim and the normal version are complete same. Before making final decision try to use both the phones at a shop or mall. That should clear your doubts

i have not used net but if lg have used same build like optimus one, build quality can only be described as premium. the backside got a rubber kind of finish though its plastic. same for front side. side got silver plastic lining which feels like aluminium but is again plastic which actually is an extension of the inside body. credit goes to LG that they didn't used any glossy plastic.

Almost all branded company phone will get unofficial ics update.. Huawei ideos u8150 and optimus one already have ics beta rom... For official update, afaik sony ericsson mini is the cheapest mobile to get...

Wildfire S too should get ICS. but as it is based on ARM v6 instruction set, most likely it'll get skipped by HTC along with Explorer.

According to xda developer ics has full hadware acceleration on O1 which is a major feature of ics.. But ofcourse you cant use face unlock coz it dont have front camera....
Dont know abt full feature support but newer ARMv7 apps wont work due to its ARMv6 SoC...

ICS uses GPU to accelerate and render menu, UI. so if mobile got a GPU, it'll support ICS. currently, all Android mobile have GPU except maybe some desi craps like iball & lava.

most budget mobile still uses same SOC as Optimus One. some even with less ram and some with the processor overclocked. So even if Optimus One is a 2yr old mobile (& most likely discontinued) its not underpowered. i am using ICS on Optimus One since last month. Its lot better than gingerbread even on 600Mhz clockspeed. though credit goes to hardworking DEVs that make it possible.
Yes, it won't offer any of the new features of ICS but ICS for old mobiles are more of a evolutionary than revolutionary.

Optimus Hub & Xperia Mini will get ICS. Wildfire S "may" get ICS. if you check HTC's track record, WS should get ICS. Ace+ "may" get ICS too but Ace will be left out for sure. though none of these are priced anywhere near 10k, but by Q2 2012, they should be priced close to 10k.

at 6k or below with normal keypad only 1 suggestion is there: Samsung Primo.
Asha doesn't have a D-PAD so all sort of navigation has to be done using only the touchscreen. consider that point first.

Galaxy Fit? have check pics clicked with this mobile. Impressive even if it lacks flash. though low light clicks are out of question anyway.
else nearest possible option is Fire XT @ <12k but picture quality is not good. else are 2 more options Wildfire S, Optimus Hub & @ ~12.5k

The spec of LG optimus Net seems to be far better than the rest @ that price. But can you please specify the next best mobile to buy under 10 k...?

There is Galaxy Fit, Galaxy Y. But both have lot less RAM when compared to Optimus Net.
The Camera on Fit is 5 mp. Galaxy Y its 3. But Fit is a old phone. Get a Galaxy Y if you dont get Optimus NEt.
People might say to go for Dell XCD. But I would say to avoid it. Its just a rebranded ZTE

LG service is good. Don't worry. When my phone P500 was bricked, they gave it back after about 7 days (after replacing the motherboard).

LG wins in build quality hands down in the 10k & below section. i got only 3 complain against LG:
1) 1500mah battery that drains really fast. but depends as i am a heavy user.
2) LG mobile is never tuned for performance as Samsung mobile with similar specs scores more in benchmark.
3) Lastly, if LG wants to pack bloatware, they better pack some usable one. not hyper crappy sh*ts.
Lastly, this sounds odd but true. LG mobiles are best supported by DEVs. look at Galaxy Fit's XDA DEV section. got a ton of rom but most are either beta or alpha. on the other hand Optimus One got a ton of rom but most are perfectly stable and have some really good tweaks and scripts. same is true for Optimus 2X.
also idk why but Fit is not supported by Clockworkmod team (you must have it to use custom rom). a few days ago tried installing clockworkmod recovery on a friend's Fit but software doesn't recognizes mobile properly and keeps offering Huawei & some nameless options to select.

300-350Mb but enough for daily use. in my mobile 300Mb ram is always free if i could have, i'll allocate another 100Mb to the GPU (around 95Mb is shared by GPU)
