Please suggest a good digicam between 6-8k

Ok so i lost my cybershot which was sony DSC-S730 . I am not much into cameras so have a very little knowledge about them . Please suggest me a good digicam within my budget for good imaging and casual video recording .
The camera should have a good display and should support good amount of memmory .
