Default which one to choose

I am a bit confused to choose what BB plans...
between..

reliance plan which gives 500 KBPS speed at the cost of 500..

or

bsnl plan which gives 256 KBPS speed at the cost of 500..

it is obvious that i should choose reliance one but i heard that their service is not good as reliance...

so any one with suggestions....
