Belkin Share modem-router not working

hi,
My system is:
1. Intel Processor i3-2100
2. Gigabyte GA-H61M-D2-B3
3. Corsair 4GB DDR3 1600
4. W7 OS

From today my Belkin router is not working. Yesterday I ran following software on my system::
Speed up my PC and C Cleaner, this probably has caused the problem b,coz after this only my router setting automatically got restored to default.

How to correct this?

That softwares can't restore your router setting.

BTW how are you saying that your router setting have been restored??

Are you on Bridged mode or PPPPoE??

BTW first explain what problems are you facing?? How did you come to know your settings are restored??

Hi,
Modem's LED lamp is RED and not GREEN, so I am not able to connect to net

That's different problem, check your router settings, but those softwares didn't do anything to your router settings.

Surprisingly my BSNL 3G modem is also not recognized by my PC (This is brand new system and new modem-router purchased just 3 weeks ago).

But my laptop and cellphone show good wi-fi strength of belkin but not able to connect. I configured router , but still its not working.

Help please
