Unhappy seeking wireless connection

I'm interested in a wireless broadband connnection.
Im stayin in salem, tamilnadu. and i often travel nation wide.
so wired broadband doesn't help.

Requirements:
1.nationwide roaming(gujarat and tamil nadu)
2.less usage (less than 3GB a month)
3.speed not an issue (less than or equal to 512kbps)
4.coverage the important criteria

need help ASAP.

If its nationwide roaming than BSNL is obviously a better choice coz they have been arm twisted into providing rural internet services (although the same has not been verified by me)
But it is safe to assume that its obviously BSNL which will be providing rural connectivity *if there is any in the first place). The private players concentrate on major tier 1 and 2 cities mostly.
