which plan to upgrade

i currently using 512kbps ul plan of bsnl but speed is slow as i used 4 mpbs ul with fup 40gb of airtel(i was in bangalore now currently in kolkata).is the bsnl ul 1350 gr8 or i take reliance.(do they limit after 20 gb or its not so strict,i used to dwnload about 70gb on the airtel plan without any speed reductions) airtel does not provide service in my area
can u guys suggest a good plan.(max monthly budget 2k)

So as per your budget you should go with BBG ULD 2150. You know what? We live two decades back here, so don't expect any good plans.

i was thinking of this plan but its little above my budget and also 1 mbps,atleast 2 mbps is wat i want.btw how is reliance service in kolkata
