If tis all marketing strategy can you tell me the real usage allowed, without the marketing gimmics in place..

If i decide to add twice the sites onto server and make them all crawl, i have my Goodwill at stake and not just few hundred rupees.

You wouldn't get answer for this from any of the Shared hosters, bcoz that's the way the business runs. It's all flexible & not fixed. But I'm glad with host4cheap.org for their service for one of my account, atleast in my case.

Like i explained earlier, in shared hosting there is no thing as CPU share. These terms are suitable for VPS hosting. Websites are hosted till they not massively affecting other clients

2. 50% off is for Larger plan which are monthly packages. Its not availabe on annual plans mentioned in this offer and http://host4cheap.org/small.php

3. Mzima is one of the providers at the Data Center in US
