So, how do you highlight the fact that asking price is extremely close to the price of a new one (If it was available)!?
Also the phone is 'Permanently Discontinued', except for the shopkeepers who have some old stock with them.

Just visit a local market and look for some shop who has a used E52, ask him/her the price, that'd give you the proper quote and help you get quick sale.
As you have yourself admitted that the phone has been discontinued..
1) The link posted is totally defeated in purpose. Any interested buyer hasnt got an alternative to bargain or look for alternate way to purchase
2) Nobody knows when was the listing going for that price.
3) Letsbuy always sells with jacked up prices than retail ones. only the coupons makes the purchasing an intelligent option
4) The phone is a terrific piece of hardware and as its discontinued, any person looking for a solid option will be getting a good option. Pricing is pretty apt for that phone as the condition is pretty good.
