Default Bike Customisation Query

hi guys. Im 18 yrs old.

I got a 6 yr old Yamaha YBX 125 A.I.S (2nd Generation) Red Colour.
It is a 12 BHP (max) bike and tops out at 90 KM/H.
This bike has been a value performer with power since it was launched.

Now the thing is i dont like this bike much and i wanna change the looks of this one. I may get a new powerful bike later but for now this is my only choice/solution.

I wanna know what should i modify in the bike to make the looks better as well as to increase the performance.

I dont like its shock absorbing. Shock absorbers have been kept at same state for 6 yrs since purchase(no adjustments).

I also dont like the top speed which is max 90 with single person seated. I heard that there are nutsand bolts and adjustments tha help boosting the top speed and acceleration.

I dont like the tyres, for that i am thinking of buying bigger tyres with more grip. Do bigger tyres fit on the same rim?

tell me anything you know that can be done to improve the looks of this bike?

EDIT:
The topic should have been...

BIKE CUSTOMISATION QUERY. sorry for that
