Guys...
thanks a lot for your replies...was just out of town for sometime... I have read your suggestions...I will try out pulsar 200 as moshel has suggested...I like pulsar looks and all, though it gave me a backache the last time I rode one...anyway I hope P200 is different...Will definitely look at thunderbird as an option...probably unicorn...will be trying it out in the next few days... will definitely post what I bought finally... cheers.... |

Though I am not a true fan of TVS infact I kinda hate them, but to my surprise almost all online bike reviews have praised apachie to the limites. And truly so as it comepletely changed my mind when I drove it (keeping the low hight factor apart). Infact I was surprised to feel apachie beating the crap out of FZ16 at accleration at high speeds like from 55-60 to 80-90 Kmph FZ16 on the other hand just dragged when picked up from 55 to 80. FZ 16 is ultimate ride if city traffice is what you want to cover, its best when driven in city because of its high torque, best pick up from 0-60 and broad tyres, you go zip zap in the city with ease, however when it comes to long ride speed APACHE rules.... trust me, it simply picks effortlessly from 55 to 80, and you can actually feel the power, but then again lacks the riding comfort coz I was clearly feeling the vibrations. When it comes to ride comfort and drive smoothness, simply nothing can beat CBZ X, absolutely amazing riding comfort. CBZ X is as smooth as butter at high speeds, best driving posture, absolute smooth gear shift (no neutral lock ups), best suspention (even though its not GAS) and best of all least vibrations (almost negligible). So the choise is yours... For best city ride :: FZ16 with best 0-60 pickup and broad tyres For best long ride speed with power :: Apachie with amazing high speed pickup For ride comfort and smoothness and still better high speed pickup then FZ16 :: CBZ X all recomendations assuming that the looks of the bike dont kill you else FZ16 is the obvious choise. Pulser I would not go anyhow irrespective of performance as there are toooo many pulsers on road and has absolutely lost its charm.... Pulser 220 may be the choice but again I would still prefer Karizma over Pulsar 220... |

I am 6 ft, Pulsar seems fine. Apache is not recommended for you if you are uncomfortable with pulsar, although apache is a nice bike.
