e398 and speakers volume

hi guyes,
today i finnaly bought e398.
every thing is fine but the ringtones(mp3 or midi) are sounding very low.
i compaired my phone with k500i same mp3 tone and k500i played it 10 times louder than e365, what is the reason.
i have read so many reviews about this fon and every one mentoned that the sound volume is very high.
and
my software verson is - R372_G_0E.20.34R
AND
FLEX- GSKE398T672EG05C.

please help me guyes
and
is there a way to increase the speakers volume.
