2.1 budget speakers

Hi FRIENDS,
i'm planning to buy a 2.1 speakers for movies and music.i am not much into gaming.My budget is around 1500.i am planning to buy Creative SBS A300 at a price of 1650 (increased price). Are there any better options then this. I know this is the most frequently asked question but i thought i should discuss with you all before buying.

Altec Lansing BXR1121.

+1 for that. I'm using it. It should be Rs. 1100-1200.

I have often heard people saying Altec is always priced more than it should be...but I have not personally experienced altec
