How to change letters

how to change my drives letter in xp
for ex "c" drive to "d" drive

I'm pretty sure there is a option to exchange drive letters through disk management in xp..

But i'm not sure if we can change booting drive's letter..

Go to run.. type diskmgmt.msc

Right click on Drive, click on Change Drive letter...
