Hello all,
i have just installed win xp service pack 2 on my computer with mother board Original intel DG31PR.
just then when i tried installing my Realtek audio AC 97 sound card drivers, it gave a some driver installation error..i tried installing in Safe Mode, but it was of no help..i browsed the net, and found that this driver seems to clash with some Winxp SP2 driver!, thats why it didnt installed.
shall i download SP3 and then try to install it?? or is there any way to revert back to SP1 from SP2 Without inatlling windows again?
please help! i am in a real mess!!

download & install Intel Desktop Board DG31PR Chipset Software Installation Utility (http://www.intel-drivers.com/Intel-drivers/Intel-Desktop-Board-DG31PR-Chipset-Software-Installation-Utility-9.0.0.1007-Windows-Vista(32-64)-XP(32-64)-2000-98-ME_77544.shtml)

I the driver cd d'nt use auto install to install the audio driver .
Browse to that specific folder that contains the exe file for installation and then install.
