Losing experience points in GRID

I started playing GRID online today. In starting like everyone i was at Jr.Rookie RANK. But after some races i got experience points and got promoted to Rookie. But after I disconnected and logged in again in my account all the points were lost, i was again at Jr.Rookie. It happens everytime i disconnect and connect again. All the remaining details like no. of races, wins etc. remain intact, they don't get lost. Please help. :(

that site's admin (RFT) is codeM employee:p, very helpful guy, might solve your problem.

make sure you own a legit copy of game, before askinng there for help, they're pro's (obviously) in identifyin "issues with pirated copies ":p
