i want to know that i have seen in visual studio 2008 an option for windows mobile application so for which version of windows mobile i can write apps in this studio??
os 5.0 is ok wt abt 6.0 and 6.1??? what is ce in that???

You should get the SDK for Windows Mobile 6.1 and start developing apps in Visual Studio. Not sure what you mean by "what is ce in that?" !

i was thinking to develop an application which will read messages in my inbox (new one) and can give replay to it. i think windows has best support for tr windows os app dev.
