frame limiting

i would like to limit the frame rate in doom 3 to 30 fps,although i am getting 60+.does anyone know any software for limiting the framerate to 30.

Push up the settings to a higher quality and watch the framerate drop lol. But seriously, why do you want to limit the fps? 60fps is great for DOOM3.

yea thats what I was thinkin too. why would u want to ? Could you tell us what your trying to achieve and perhaps we can be clearer.
