Cheap Webcam

Hey guys,

I was looking for a cheap webcam (under Rs.650) which should have just par colour reproduction and good night vision. The Tech-Com SSD643K is hard to find where I live (Pune, Maharashtra) and when I did find it, the dealer said it was for Rs.600 whereas the Digit Sep 07 issue clearly states it to be at Rs.350.

Can anyone suggest a good cam?? Also, does anyone know any official Tech-Com dealer here in Pune??

I got Techcom ssd 640K (maybe) digit's sep 2007 webcam ( cheap category winner ) for Rs. 450+Tax.

For better cams look for :

Logitech Quickcam Go WebCamera 640 Pixels Rs. 800
Logitech Quickcam Cam Family 1.3 Mega Pixel Rs. 1400

I checked on the Logitech QuickCam Go. The dealers here are selling it at Rs.630. Should i take that one or think of another one. the only thing i'll be using it for is video conferencing. i don't anything tooo high-fi. just enough to show my picture in sunlight and fluorescent light while chatting with friends and family!

Go for logitech QuickCam Go. It's has better bulid quality than techcom.
