Honestech Tv Plus 4.0, Audio -- Static, bad quality

I used my Honestech TV Plus 4.0 Gold to record some stuff from my Xbox 360, and when I played it back, it'd either be some static, and a sound thats sort of like feedback, or I would be able to hear it, but it'd sound like it's overlapping itself, and bad quality. Does anyone know how to fix it?

P.S. I'm using Vista, and a Nexxtech USB video capture device.
