help needed in this issue...

Hi frnds,
I am using Sony's CD-RW CRX320E combo Drive but from the last few months
It Can't read the DVD video files or it can't read some DVDs also. But It reads Digit/Chip DVDs perfectly.
I had tried to search for the firmware updates on net but i can't get it. Anybody please tell me wats wrong with my drive. Pls give suggestions.

yep,same prob. with mine benq combo & i had to buy a new one (lg).i dont thnk there is any solution to this then replacement......try cleaning the lens & just hope it'll work.
