My brother read that the price of IPHONE [vadafone] is around 8k in pc quest magazine. is it true that vadafone is launching the iphone in 8k ?

vodafone will not manufacture any iphone but
it means that iphone will come locked to vodafone and ppl can use vodefone carriers with it. the other will not work with that
