I want to know that if I buy a new N95 in the market now (the classic version.....not the 8GB version) will I get version 21 of the firmware?

What is the best way to verify that I will be getting the latest firmware when I buy?

Check the date of import. If it's too old, then you can't expect to get the latest firmware. Even if you get old version, you have option to get the latest one.
