Non smartphone mobile for 12k

My friend here (http://www.orkut.co.in/Profile.aspx?uid=7520046626569052311) wants a good camera and music phone for 12k.
Going by all the previous threads N73 ME has been the most recommended phone. But he doesn't need Symbian or Linux's flexibility. So I thought it better to not let him spend on smartphone functionality.

I recommended him SE K790i but heard about its battery issues.
Please recommend any other mobile.

I just read some more reviews of K790i, its the xenon flash thats draining the battery. So, daylight shooting won't be a problem.

Another question. Can the cybershot K series phone K790i and K810i be flashed to Walkman series for Walkman software and Megabass EQ.?

Also how much would 1gb / 2gb of M2 stick cost?

I would recommend i450.

Today, I did thorough test of Samsung i450 and Motorokr E8.

Damn, E8 is very very hard to get used to because it's D-pad and morphing keypad are not at all perfect. Though the display is awesomly clear, it feel sooo tiny for such a big phone and for a phone loaded with features.

On the other hand the music quality of i450 is just just awesome. Under 15k, it will be the clear winner in music quality tests.

Get Samsung i450. You wont' regret it.

PS: the 2mp camera of i450 really really sucks.

2) Camera: E8
3) Video playback : i450
4) Available list of applications: i450
5) Internet : i450
6) Navigation : i450
7) OS speed: i450 (The E8 that I tested had lot of lag though it's 2Gb of memory is inbuilt)

for the both good camera and music i think k810i (http://www.blueunplugged.com/p.aspx?p=120306) is the best one
i don't know whether it can be moded or not
and if you want a good phoen in low price with both k-series and walkman series phone
go with k550i and flash it to w610i
if you want both then buy samsung than motorola, motorola is lacking at camera

Dude K810i's music quality comes nowhere near to i450/E8. Moreover, i450 is Symbian 60 phone which means loads and loads of applications available for this.
