SLEEP: how much u do?

a querry in my mind
how much do u sleep per day? how much is just enuf for a working man. i try to do 5 hrs.

i try to sleep at least 7 - 8 hours..

ideally its good to sleep for 7 hour .. but 1 hour extra sleep keeps u fresh whole day..

I sleep for six hours.

Ideal sleep according to me is for 7 hours, 8 hours is too much.
Also I do not take a nap in afternoon, so I get a good sleep at night.

Some people have a habit of taking a small nap in the afternoon, they cannot sleep at night and hence feel sleepy the next morning. I suggest to avoid nap in the afternoon.

well...i too a 4.5 hrs of sleep after 36 hrs of work...lol...i dnt feel like sleeping so easily:P

Gr8 .. Dey r my idols now.. During exams its normally 8hrs.. Other time can in upto 10hrs..

Also after noon nap of about 2 hours.

In hostel : night 1am-7:15am
And afternoon nap is very rare.

I am always in sleep :( I sleep where ever possible, in bus, in train, in tram, in college, where even I can seat I sleep :lol: not mentioning most sleep in computer desk and in study table at home :)

Nowadays only 2~3 hrs a day. sleeps at 4~5 Am and wakes up on 7~7:30. ahh, my eyes will be blood shot when i wake up...due to over gamin and under sleep. These are holiday schedules and become bit better when clg reopens.

because of fiitjee, school, and my tution duties, i hardly get time to sleep- i grab 10-15 minutes as and when i can and sleep for 4 hours every night. Its a little rough at first, but you get used to it.
