Wifi Not working

i got myself a dell xps m1530 [c2d t7250 with 3 gb ram ,vista OS]laptop recently
it has got a intel pro wireless 3945abg card
i have noticed that when ever i resume my system from hibernation
wifi led is not glowing and not working
either i need to reboot or disable and enable the wifi to make it working

how to solve this

This would be a wifi driver problem . check for updates from dell site for your wifi card..

i have installed the lastest driver still the problem continues ...

If you are using vendor's software to manage wireless card, check for any power saving option is enabled for network card
