About mobile themes

1] Earlier i downloaded xp theme of 128*160 from different site and what new thing is among rest of things is that when we restart the mobile the "xp loading" screen comes and then nokia hands (logo) comes , i dont know it comes before or after but that startup screen matters i.e we can change startup screen
In nokia themes studio can we do this?
2] I have 128 mb ram can carbide.ui run on my pc
