Sikhism is all about being religious & pious and yet being modern. Though you can find bad elements in every religion.

Songs like those have been widely criticized here by Cultural societies. :D They say this is not Punjabi culture.

Sikhism is a religion. A person who follows Sikhism is called a Sikh. Sikhs wear turbans.

Sardar actually means a leader but Sikhs are also called as Sardars.

Well yes people call persons wearing a Turban (Pagri) also a Sardar.
