Plz help me in upgrading my pc

hi, i am planning to upgrade my pc, what i need is motherboard and processor
and my budget is 10k

configuration which i plan is

Motherboard- Biostar T-Series TA780G
Processor- AMD Athlon 5200+

Is this a good configuration or should i go for another, i need to play games and after 6 months i will be adding graphics card too
