My new system queries

HI, i was looking for a upgrade from my Pentium 4 based system.
Basically i need new :
CPU
Motherboard
RAM
Cabinet , SMPS
Graphics card(even a low end would be fine)
HDD
-> Also i am going to overclock the system.
-> I have around 22K budget
-> From whatever info. i could gather i have the following config in mind.

E7200
(does the stepping C0, M0 etc make any difference?)

Abit IP-35 E

RAM ???
(min. 2 GB , suggest a good and not-so-expensive brand)

Cabinet + SMPS ???
(something from coolermaster i guess??, please suggest some good models)

CPU Cooler ???
i am unaware of any as i hav never used 3rd party coolers

Graphics card ???
a basic one as i do less gaming
mayb 8400 , 8500...
whichever has better VFM..

Please give your suggestions....

this would be a real steal, but same question is it easily available and also how does it perform compared to the more expensive 8600GTs from xfx,asus etc
