My windows xp shut down very slow. how i can i make i to shut down faster?:confused::confused:

Also, you may have too many running programs or background processes, hence closing them takes time. You can cut down the unwanted things by using start->run "msconfig" The startup tab displays the programs that start in the background. You can cut them down to improve both the startup and shutdown time. Also, you can disable some services in the services tab, using http://www.blackviper.com/WinXP/servicecfg.htm

Also, instead of shutting down the system always, you can use the hibernate feature.
use system utilities 2008 ..... & ur problem is solved .........

my system does not shutdown
iam not able to play 32 bit games
before shutting down run disk defragment........:cool:
