ON linux what do you use to play the streaming content?
I need both opera & FF extensions which can seamlessly play the songs.

is there a straight way to install this , I am new to linux & not so used to write all those commands in terminal.

how to install mplayerplug-in-3.50.tar.gz file which I downloaded.
I unzipped it & got a folder where I see a file named install.sh.in but on clicking that nothing happens.

It gets even easier with Ubuntu. If you are on Ubuntu, Just install the package named "totem-mozilla" from synaptic.

Oh I did not know that the plugin will also be available in repos, I was looking at mozilla addon site & google.

I got that now finally & can play the WMP content now.
But the youtube site still not having the sound, I can see the video, what else do I need to get sound at youtube. My sound cards are working fine nothing is mute
