K550i any day. Its lot faster, better cam and sleek looks and design.
U can use custom files like acoustics, for big boost in sound output and quality. At stock also, it music quality is good, better than N72.

I think, N72 is failure model ...
it is too slow.. and sound quality is below average..
and keypads and buttons are not easy as SE to handle .
And one of the most important point...
Screen resolution is 176 x 206 (not 220) and also not a bright screen.

It is not a failure model. It was very successfully when it was new.

However now it is too outdated & obsolete to be considered.

N72 is boring except for symbian.
Music sucks, camera sucks, interface is also boring.
Terrible music player with no equalizer, cam lacks AF. Don't know about flash.
also its soo fat.

My friend has N72, I used it for 1 full week !! I have a k550@w610 and its awesome.

For all the cam/music needs get the k550 or 6233.

N72 is the worst purchase I ever made. I bought this mobile last November and last month i found the mobile display to get corrupted. Unfortunately i lost the bill so couldnt get the mobile processed under warranty. Its lot slower than my previous 6260. Poor camera, below average sound are some of its features.

N72. Best symbian @ its price. But remove the N tag and then we talk. Doesnt deserve it. N symbolizes multimedia phones afaik.

N72 is a failure....almost in all the areas..... design, performance, music, camera etc..etc..
But still its popular in India considering the fact that it is the cheapest Symbian/N-series fone......

My choice would be definitely K550i....Better camera with AutoFocus and faster performance, better music play back and moreover mod it to W610i (by Akshay's tutorial) and make your fone a Cybershot-Walkman.......:D

n72 is totally a failure. The design is weird, the camera sucks bad, the music player is poor, there is no AF for the camera, there is no equalizer for music, the phone is HUGE, there is no 3G, there is no front cam and the phone is slow.
