gigabyte motherboard with intel845 chipset. Two DIMM RAM slots. One AGP slot and two PCI slots. 3 USB points. 64 MB onboard graphics.
RAM- PCI 2100DDR SDRAM (Eqvlnt to 266 Mhz.)

And My dear saurabh kakkar please ask the price of RAM in market. This RAM piece is available for Rs 1200/- in Delhi and Rs. 850/- in Hyderabad. and that too for old pieces.
I have searched for long. Anyway my vendor (Who is going to upgrade my PC) is ready to give me Rs. 2500/- at my home. But I want 3000/-
