i m using fedora 7. i want to connect to internet through my nokia mobile. when i connect through GNOME PPP it shows that connection is active,but when i start firefox and enter URL in it...it shows tht it is connecting but after some time ,it gives error of connection time out..
when i click on details of GNOME PPP
it has certain fields like..
status:-idle
sending
receciving
data sent
data received
the speed of data sending and receiving is very slow as compared to the same connection in windows..
is there any problem in firewall etc..why it so?plz help me..
