Error in Windows Picture & Fax Viewer?

I am unable to open JPEG Image Files by using Windows Picture and Fax Viewer since three days back. Other file format other than JPEG format can be viewed by this Viewer. How can this happen? How to solve the problem, as the device is very friendly for me? Pliz help.

Right click on any of the jpeg file, hover your mouse on open with, a sub-menu would pop-up. In the sub-menu, you will find choose default program. Click on it, a new window will open up. In this window you will see, Windows Picture and Fax viewer, select in. Look down for a check-box
Always use the selected program to open this kind of file
Check that box and click ok. Your files should now open in Windows Pic and fax viewer. :)
