Everybody was recommending this mobo.
It is nice .........except for double boot.(BIOS 15)

Problem 1
For Power LED it has 1-0-1 pin
My cabinet has 1-1-0 pin for Power LED.
It does not work. Solution ??

Problem 2 ??
CPU temp 45C
System temp 39C
Are these OK or Normal ( No OC done ) Speedfan readings,
BIOS gives higher temps.

Problem 3
I have a iBall WindowsX cabinet.
This has a funnel on side panel above CPU HSF.
Can I install a fan here? exhaust or intake ?
My chassis fan (exhaust) has a molex power pin,
so it is naturally not being controlled, being powered by
PSU directly. Any solution ? Maybe I can change it?
Suggest good fans......where to buy.

SORRY for a longish post.

Procy is E2180

BIOS temp
CPU temp 51C
Sys Temp 35C
PWM temp 43C
CPU Fan 2481rpm

I boot and Speedfan reading
Sys temp 36C
CPU 42C
AUX 47C
Temp1 50C*
Core0 39C
Core1 42C
Core 60C*
CPU Fan0 1223rpm*

sometimes these programs give a wrong reading too.. i've found bios temp to be much more accurate..
try using coretemp or rrealtemp

still temps are ok..

still temps are ok..

What would be good temps for E2180 with stock cooler ?
That is the question I want answered ;-)

disable the abit EQ fan control in Bios.ur cpu fan will run at full speed.

I hear this increases the sound from fan.
Intel says fan goes to full speed only after CPU temp to 75C.

I went through this article very briefly ;-)

normal temps are 45-60
and the side fan should blow air inside the cabinet.u should put a fan there
no need to run proccy fan at 100% unless u overclock
