U can get new mercury 86gt(made by ecs) for 3k.
Mercury crd is great vfm. Bt has 1yr wrnty. Btw u can get x2 4200+ fr 2.6k
U can get a e2140 or e2160. Bt since they wnt/mere ovrclk on dir board. no pt in investin in e2140. Get a new mobo. Geforce 8300 boards r releasd. Check those.:)
Best budget combo wud b biostar p35 board 4.4k+e2160 2.4k. E2160 can ovrclk to 3ghz+ on dis mbo

nooo not onboard .... I will upgrade my gfx from time to time and yeah I'll now look for the mercury card. ;) Thanx people.
EDIT: I don't know how to overclock:oops: but I know It involves risk of hardware failure due to extra heat.

@johnjix -- what language were u speaking in?
Anyways ya Mercury's 8600GT is good. Whatever u do,get the 256MB GDDR3 version and not the 512MB DDR2 version. E2140 or E2160 are very good budget CPUs and will overclock very well and run at humanly temperatures.

^^dont take it upto 3GHz in one go. Just keep it at 2.8GHz. Its the safe range! :)

^^it varies frm piece to piece. U cnt say 2.8ghz is safe. Depends on stepin, vid, batch, cooling etc;-) m talkin tech u find difficulty 2 get me?:-P
