dont go for 690 as then u will not save much for PSU... better get a HX450 Corsair PSU or CM 500Watts PSU and go for CM330 or Zebronics Antibiotis cabinet

You have a budget of 7-8k so just get CM690 (4k) + Corsair VX450W (3.5k). CM690 is much more spacious than any of those zebronics cabby. I am using this combo.
I have used zebronics peace & antibiotic cabby but this is far superior to them. Also you do get CM690 with transparent side panel.

Zeberonics Gaming Series Bijli Cabinet
RS. 1,500/-
the best looker around. Its still awssome looking, after all these years. All the guys I know who have it swear that nothing looks better than it. I myself have seen one in action and can confirm that.(it even has a temperature indicator...)
Cooler Master 600W PSU
Rs. 3,000/-
take any model under 3k. It should be fine.
Cooler Master F2 CPU Cooling System
Rs. 2,000/-
put the rest of the money on cooling the C2Q so that you can OC it a bit more.
Some extra fans for the cabinet
<remaining cash>
put all remaining cash to get some better fans onto the system
OR...
get a VIP 600W PSU or something similar thats cheaper and invest the ~5k you saved on a passive cooling system to keep the noise low.
