Help games not running on pc...

i can't able to run games on my pc.
i installed AOE3 and it says hardware acceleration disabled .
i also seen that directX9.0c is not able installed on my system.
i hav seen this problem first time .
i have installed updated video driver still problem is same.
if i installed any other game it asks for missing dll files of directx 9.0c.

help me.....

i hav check the hardware acceleration and it is found enabled.everything is ok still if install direct X 9.0c it shows as direct X 9.0b.
help me...
