Sick of DownThemAll

There is a popular firefox extention called downthemall, which is a download manager. I am sick of it.

A file was downloaded by me 4 times, each time it restarted the download near the begening without giving a warning. It does not even store the partial downloads in the directory of download, so I can't resume.

And it throws too many 404 errors.

any solutions ?

many times some sites would not support the resuming capability.
therefore we can not resume if download is brocked in middle.
u can try other download manager such as "Internet download manager".
