Guys,

I m using sify broadband. Really it's client is worst (in my opinion), bcoz sify broadband client only accepts antivirus like norton, macfee, trend micro to be installed. It doesn't accepts antivirus like nod32, or kaspersky as I want to use nod32 or kav.

how can i use client without its antivirus restrictions????

Just copy paste the following lines into a text file and rename it to xyz.reg extension, then just run it:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\PC-cillin]

it will solve your problem.

Call customer care and ask them to disable whichever antivirus provided by sify, once they will disable for your ip adress then you can install any AV in future..I did it same way and using KAV since 2 yrs.
