How to change the audio in a video ?

i have this music video[mp4], but it's audio is really crappy! i also have a separate audio file[mp3] for the same song ..

.. now is it possible to keep the video and change the audio of it to the mp3 file i have.

if there are any softwares needed for the same, can u please post a link to their download locations :)

Use Aurora Media Workshop and convert tht MP4 file to a simple MPEG-2 file. Then IMPORT tht MPEG-2 file to Windows Movie Maker. Import your MP3 file also into the Windows Movie Maker. Now Drag both these files on the time line and there will be the option as to how much Volume u want from the MP3 sound track and/or video file... Drag the slider fully to MP3 sound track and then save the file as WMV ... ur done!
