Ram guidence required...

Hey.
my system config is Intel P4 3.0 ghz
intel 946gzis mobo.
512 mb ddr2 533 mhz
nvidia 7300gs 128 mb graphics card.

i want to upgrade my ram.
can i go for a stick which is 667 or 800 mhz.
i am not concerned with dual channel mode now.
will two frequencies lead to a clash..??

Nope two frequencies wont lead to clash.But your 667 or 800 mhz ram will work at 533 mhz speed if you put them together.
